The first method:
1. Test the Input/Output item first, call out the test results, and check what the Pin is and what the Pdc is.
2. If it is found that Pdc is greater than Pin, the problem is that the PIN is measured too small, or there is a problem with the input measurement.
3. If the output power is small, check whether the Uin test is qualified and whether the Iin test value is too small. If it cannot be measured or the test value is too small, it means that the EMU test is poor or the power analysis test is poor.
4. If the external expansion measurement unit EMU measurement is poor, first pay attention to the Vsense terminal on the front panel of the EMU. Please check whether the contact is good. If the problem is improved, the problem is solved;
5. If the EMU is not a contact problem, it means that the measurement circuit of the EMU is faulty. Please send it to the manufacturer who specializes in the production of external expansion units EMU for repair.
The second method:
1. If there is a power analyzer in the 6000 ATE series power supply test system to measure the input parameters, please check whether the power analyzer wiring is good and correct. If the wiring is fine, it is judged that the power analyzer measurement function is faulty. Please send it to a professional power analyzer manufacturer for repair.
