The XCM519 series is an IC that integrates a synchronous rectification step-down DC/DC converter and a corresponding low input voltage regulator in one package. The operating voltage is 2.7V to 6.0V. The built-in clock oscillator is 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz, which can be selected according to the application purpose. The operating mode can be selected as PWM control or PWM/PFM automatic conversion control.
The package component adopts the ultra-small surface mount package USP-12B01 (2.8mm x 2.3mm x 0.6mm).
