The quality of a full-color display can be judged mainly from the following aspects:

1. Flatness The surface flatness of the display screen should be within ±1mm to ensure that the displayed image is not distorted. Local protrusions or recesses will cause blind spots in the viewing angle of the display screen. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the production process.

2. Brightness and viewing angle The brightness of the indoor full-color screen must be above 800cd/m2, and the brightness of the outdoor full-color screen must be above 1500cd/m2 to ensure the normal operation of the display screen. Otherwise, the displayed image will not be clear due to the low brightness. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of the LED core.

The size of the viewing angle directly determines the number of viewers of the display screen, so the larger the better. The size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by the packaging method of the die.

3. White balance effect White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display. In color science, pure white will be displayed when the ratio of the three primary colors of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16. If the actual ratio is slightly deviated, there will be a deviation in white balance. Generally, attention should be paid to whether the white is blue or yellow-green. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the display, and the tube core also affects the color reproduction.

4. Color restoration Color restoration refers to the color restoration of the display screen. That is, the color displayed on the display screen must be highly consistent with the color of the playback source to ensure the realism of the image.

5. Whether there are mosaics or dead spots Mosaic refers to small squares that are always bright or always black on the display screen, which is a module necrosis phenomenon. The main reason is that the quality of the connectors used in the display screen is not up to standard.

A dead pixel refers to a single point on the display that is always bright or always dark. The number of dead pixels is mainly determined by the quality of the tube core.

6. Whether there are color blocks Color blocks refer to the obvious color difference between adjacent modules. The color transition is based on the module. The color block phenomenon is mainly caused by poor control system, low grayscale level and low scanning frequency.

Analysis of LED area lighting driver power supply solutions
To replace HID with LEDs in street and area lighting applications and produce equivalent light output, large arrays of LEDs are required. To drive these large arrays of LEDs, designers can choose different solutions. In addition, the brightness of different LED strings needs to be consistent. If an LED fails in an o

Current status of LED street lamp research and development
As the light source of street lamps, LED has many advantages over traditional street lamps. First, LED is a semiconductor diode with a very long life. When the luminous flux decays to 80%, its life reaches 25,000 hours. The life of metal halide lamps is 6,000 to 12,000 hours, and the life of high-pressure sodium lamps
