Purpose
Combined with RFMD's latest highly integrated, high linearity IC RFFC2071 (including broadband VCO, PLL and frequency converter) and other various device products, we provide customers with the best design solutions and shorten the R&D cycle so as to better serve customers.
Application
It is mainly used in indoor and outdoor coverage repeaters and other frequency conversion applications in the communication market.
Advantages
It has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size, simple application, and good performance indicators, including linearity, phase noise, etc.

Basic principles:
The input signal is down-converted to 120MHz IF, amplified by IF, filtered by SAWF, amplified again, and up-converted to the same frequency as the input signal. If the IF frequency needs to be changed, it can be achieved by simply changing the SAWF and the local oscillator frequency. The schematic diagram is as follows:
