MICRFl04 uses Micrel's latest QwikRadioTM technology and is a true "data input-wireless output" low-voltage transmitter chip. It is used in conjunction with the company's QwikRadioTM series receivers and is suitable for automatic remote keyless entry systems (RKE), remote fan/lighting control systems, door opening transmitters, telemetry sensor data transmission and security systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 300~470 MHz;
・ASK/OoK modulation;
・Data transmission rate is 20 Kb/s;
・Automatic antenna tuning;
・The power supply voltage is 4.5 to 5.5 V;
・The maximum operating current is 35 mA, and the standby current is 1.5 mA;
