    The static protection access control system is a set of anti-static test access control management system based on computers and data. It is fully equipped with software and hardware, and can be connected by stand-alone, local connection, and TCP/IP communication. The access control system mainly manages the access rights of channels, that is, through the setting of channels to distinguish who can enter and who cannot enter, and there are multiple entry methods according to the card permission settings. The system can store data and can check all entry records and status records at any time. It is connected to the computer through the network cable interface to make the operation more intuitive and convenient. The system uses the most advanced non-contact IC (ID) card technology, uses radio frequency signals to exchange data, is contactless, has high confidentiality, high reliability, and has the function of using special cards for special people.     The electrostatic protection access control system has five detection items and entry methods:

    1. When the tester tests the anti-static shoes and anti-static wrist strap and they are both OK, the entrance door will open automatically and allow entry

    2. When the tester tests the anti-static shoes and finds that they are OK, the door will open automatically and allow entry (the anti-static shoe test can distinguish between left and right feet)

    3. When the tester tests the anti-static wrist strap and it is OK, the entrance door will open automatically and allow entry

    4. When the tester encounters a VIP free test card, the entrance door automatically opens to allow entry

    5. When the tester encounters an internal management personnel who does not need a test card, the entrance door will automatically open and allow entry

    The five entry methods above correspond to five types of cards:

    The first test is static shoes and wrist straps. Test shoes and wrist straps / Class 1 card

    The second type only needs to test the static shoes/2 types of cards

    The third type only needs to test the wrist strap/type 3 card

    Fourth type of foreign VIP VIP/4 type card

    The fifth type of internal management personnel management card/5 types of cards

    Companies can set different test card permissions based on different testing requirements.

    1. Basic components and operating principles of YT-A5 electrostatic protection access control system

    A full-function access control system mainly includes the following components

    1) An induction card reader with a microcontroller and memory function with more than 40,000 records, and connected to the management software on the computer

    2) A tester with anti-static shoes and wrist straps

    The working principle is that the tester sends an identification signal to the card machine when testing the employee. After being processed by the card swiping system, the card machine sends a control signal to the three gates for the employee to enter. (Swipe the card first - verify the card type and identity - perform static detection - upload the detection signal - the access control gives a pass or no entry instruction - computer data is saved)

    2. Standard operating steps of YT-A5 electrostatic protection access control system

    1. Prepare for the test: The tester must stand on the foot pedal (on) to prepare for the test item, and both feet must stand in the middle of the footprint

    2. If you need to test the anti-static wrist strap, please insert it into the wrist strap test hole on the tester, or use a fish clip to directly clip it to the fish clip column next to the instrument.

    3. To test the static electricity index of your feet, you must stand in the middle of the footprints and touch the test button with your fingers.

    4. Bring your ID (IC) card close to the card reader, and the card reader will automatically read the information on the card.

    5. Touch the test button with your finger and watch the LED on the tester display the test results, or look at the LCD screen on the card reader (the maximum test time is adjustable from 0 to 5 seconds. If it exceeds 5 seconds, you must swipe the card again and test again)

    6. If the test is OK according to the settings, the system will open the access control unit to allow the tester to enter; if the test result is NO, check your wristband or shoes. The number of card swipes can be limited according to your company's requirements.

    3. The role of using YT-A5 electrostatic protection access control system

    In many places with anti-static protection, the testing of anti-static shoes and anti-static wrist straps is carried out by traditional manual entry or rough detection methods, which not only wastes time, but also causes missed tests due to human factors, causing potential risks to the quality of sensitive components.     3) The software system has two detection modes: A. Mandatory detection mode B. Simple mode. In mode A, electrostatic detection must be performed. In mode B, only one entry is required and an OK record is recorded. No test card swipe is required 24 hours a day.

    4) Employees can use the card type to automatically identify the items they need to test. The tester will automatically switch to the corresponding test items and display them at once. There is no need to flip the switch as before, which saves time and trouble.

    5) The card swiping device uses advanced TCP/IP communication technology to enable one computer to manage multiple access control devices.
