The 40-727A is a 16x4 50Ω PXI/PXIe RF matrix with SMB connectors. The 4x-727A/728A/729A series are high-density RF matrix modules suitable for switching up to 300 MHz in 50Ω systems or up to 100 MHz in 75Ω systems. SMB-connected versions are available in 50Ω or 75Ω, and 50Ω products are also available with multi-way connectors. This simple and scalable bidirectional matrix for RF signals is designed to build high-performance switching systems. All X and Y connections have isolation switches. Isolation and RF performance can be maximized.

The 41-670 simulation module is used for linear (LVDT) and angular (RVDT) displacement sensor simulation or resolver simulation. This new module only takes up one PXI or LXI/USB chassis slot, and its powerful programmable features allow users to simulate with a minimal amount of hardware. In addition, because this module uses a PXI interface, it can be used with third-party chassis and instruments, so no additional control protocols/interfaces are required, simplifying operation. Each channel has a built-in digital signal processor (DSP), so no additional instrumentation is required to receive the excitation signal. The 41-670 module provides 4 groups of simulation units, each of which can simulate the output of a 5-wire or 6-wire VDT resolver, or use a shared excitation signal to achieve two groups of 4-wire outputs. Therefore, a single module can simulate up to 4 channels of 5/6-wire sensors or 8 channels of 4-wire sensors.

41-752A is a battery simulator with up to 6 channels, each channel can provide up to 7V voltage and 300mA current to the load. The channels are completely isolated from each other and from ground, and the channels can be connected in series to simulate batteries arranged in a stacked structure. The 1KV isolation barrier can be used for testing and verification of the latest 800V solutions. The product can also be used as 6 isolated high-precision power supplies with independent sense lines.

The 60-105 4-slot USB/LXI modular chassis is lightweight and ideal for portable, desktop and space-limited applications. It can be installed on a desktop or cabinet and can be remotely controlled via USB or LXI Ethernet interface. Remote control via the network allows the test system to perform switch operations as close to the target device as possible. It can support up to four Pickering 3U PXI modules and is an ideal platform for building small applications. This chassis can be used to build a matrix switch with up to 3072 crosspoints, a multiplexer switch with 792 channels, or a programmable resistor/sensor simulator with up to 72 channels. This 4-slot chassis is compatible with USB 3.0 and has a fully compliant LXI interface, and also provides a wireless network card function option (optional). These communication standards allow this chassis to be driver-free operated directly through the standard interface on most HTML5-enabled personal computers or laptops. It is very practical for various applications in the modular test and measurement market.

The 60-750 10GHz Microwave Matrix Switch is part of the 60-750/751 series of LXI microwave switches controlled via LXI/Ethernet with multiple scale and frequency options up to 18GHz (60-751). The matrix is available for 50 ohm applications and a 75 ohm version. The 60-750/751 is available in a 2U full rack width enclosure, providing a compact solution that can be easily mounted in an ATE system rack or used on a bench.

60-890 is a flexibly customizable LXI microwave switch platform. Taking 60-890-001 as an example, it is suitable for switching 50Ω signals up to 18GHz, and includes 5 groups of terminated SP6T and 7 groups of non-terminated SPDT relays. This platform is ideal for building complex microwave switch systems, and SMA connectors can usually be used for connection. This series has extremely high performance levels: low VSWR, extremely high isolation, low loss and high carrying power. It is ideal for switching 50Ω coaxial systems that take into account high performance from HF bands to microwave frequencies. The platform only occupies 2U of valuable rack space and is a highly space-saving microwave switch system solution.
This series provides users with a way to quickly build a hybrid RF switch system. Users can quickly design through graphical software, select any combination from dozens of basic switch components, and automatically generate process drawings for rapid production and delivery.

As electric energy becomes increasingly prevalent in new energy vehicles, one of the major challenges that needs to be addressed is the effective testing and verification of battery management systems (BMS). A battery management system (BMS) test system using modular, PXI-based switch and simulation modules offers many advantages when testing BMS, including: (1) it is a fully flexible test system that can be optimized to precisely meet requirements and easily modified to meet evolving needs, and (2) it is an open architecture based on industry standards that extends system life and reduces obsolescence while providing seamless integration of multi-vendor instrumentation and communication modules. To facilitate BMS testing, our PXI/PXIe battery simulators offer the advantages of a modular and scalable platform, making them ideal for battery pack simulation.
