How to operate
1. LCD display description
This instrument uses a 4.7-inch high-resolution true-color touch LCD display, which can display clearly even under strong sunlight. Just click the touch screen button to complete parameter setting, data saving and other operations, and the test results are displayed on the LCD screen. The entire Chinese operation interface has clear and beautiful graphics and is easy to operate.
2. Connect SF6 equipment
Correctly connect the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe of the instrument according to the connection method shown in Figure 4.
Figure 4 Correct wiring
Note: ① Connect the measurement pipe correctly according to Figure 4, do not connect the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe in reverse; ② The nut joint between the air inlet pipe and the SF6 equipment must be tightened with a wrench; ③ The other end of the air outlet pipe should point to the downwind direction, or use special equipment Collect exhaust gas.
3. Initialization
Turn on the power switch of the instrument , and the instrument enters the initial interface, as shown in Figure 5. During this process, the instrument will perform self-calibration based on the sensor status, and the "Status Indicator" light will flash. Self-calibration is completed and the "Status Indicator" light turns solid.
Figure 5 Initialization
4. Check the power
After initialization is completed, please check the battery power displayed in the lower right corner of the LCD screen, as shown in Figure 6. If the battery level shows less than 20%, please plug in the charger and continue using it. This instrument supports use during charging.
Figure 6 Check the power
5. Main interface
The instrument automatically enters the micro-water main interface after 3 seconds after powering on, as shown in Figure 7.
Figure 7 Main interface
The left column of the main interface is a row of touch buttons , including "calibration", "save", "read", "communication", "temperature" and other buttons. The user can select different buttons according to needs; the dew point of SF6 gas is displayed in real time at the top of the main interface. value and volume ratio; the middle part will dynamically display the dew point measurement curve; the lower part is the clock and battery power display.
6. Start measuring
After entering the main interface, the instrument automatically starts measurement. Adjust the "flow adjustment" knob so that the flow indication is around 0.6L/min. The instrument will display the measurement curve in real time, as shown in Figure 7. Observe the "Status Indicator" light on the front panel of the instrument. When the "Status Indicator" light flashes, it means that the instrument is undergoing self-calibration. When the "Status Indicator" light changes from flashing to solid, it means that the instrument's self-calibration is complete. At this time The value can be read.
This instrument can display dew point value, volume ratio and measurement curve at the same time during the measurement process. The first data above the main interface is "dew point value", the unit is ℃; the second data is "volume ratio", the unit is uL/L , the meaning is the same as ppmV.
Note: The sensor needs to self-calibrate when it is turned on for the first time, which takes a little longer, usually 8 to 10 minutes. If continuous measurements are required, do not shut down in the middle. After entering the measurement state, the dew point value measurement time is 3~5 minutes.
illustrate:
① If the "Status Indicator" light is always on and the dynamic measurement curve on the screen has completely formed a straight line, it means that the data has been stable and the data can be read; ② During the measurement process, do not perform any key operations to complete it as soon as possible. Measure, save gas, and save measurement time; ③ After measuring one sample, continue to connect the next sample to continue measurement. During this process, there is no need to turn off the power , just switch the gas to be detected ; ④ General gases can be discharged directly to In the atmosphere, toxic, flammable, explosive and valuable gases should be properly handled;
7. Dew point calibration
This machine opens the calibration function for users. If users have standard gas, they can calibrate the sensor by themselves.
Click the "Calibration" button to enter the "Dew Point Calibration" interface, as shown in Figure 8.
Figure 8 Dew point calibration
Click the left and right arrow keys to enter the "range" and "zero point" data, click "Confirm" to save the new calibration coefficient in the instrument, and the instrument will calculate the dew point value according to the new coefficient in the future; click "Cancel", "Range" and " Zero point" data is restored to the data previously saved by the instrument; click "Return" to return to the main interface.
8. Save
Click the "Save" button to enter the "Save" interface, as shown in Figure 9.
Figure 9 Save
Click the left and right arrow buttons to select the data storage location. This instrument can save up to 100 pieces of data. After selecting the save location, click "Confirm" to save the data to the instrument; click "Cancel" to return the save location to "00"; click "Return" to return to the main interface.
9. Read
Click the "Read" button to enter the "Read" interface, as shown in Figure 10.
Figure 10 Reading
Click the left and right arrow keys to select the location where data is to be read, and click "Confirm" to display the data saved at that location in the instrument. Continue to select the location where you want to read data, and click "Confirm" to display the next piece of data. Click "Return" to return to the main interface.
10. Communication
Click the "Communication" button to enter the "Communication" interface, as shown in Figure 11.
Figure 11 Communication
Connect one end of the supplied RS232 serial port data cable to the RS 232 interface on the back of the instrument , and the other end to the computer serial port. Click "Start" and use the supplied host computer software to realize communication between the instrument and the computer. For detailed operations, please refer to the "8. Software Operation" section.
11. Temperature
Click the "Temperature" button to enter the "Temperature" interface, as shown in Figure 12.
Figure 12 Temperature
The current temperature value is displayed on the interface. Click "Temperature Calibration" and the instrument enters the "Temperature Calibration" interface, as shown in Figure 13.
