Description of T9010 universal multi-functional automatic test system
The T9010 switching power supply automatic test system adopts an open software architecture and can be matched with a variety of high-precision, fast, and cost-effective test equipment. It is currently a fully automatic test system with a very high cost performance. It is especially suitable for production testing of low-power power supplies such as adapters and chargers. T9010 core hardware includes: programmable AC/DC power supply, high-speed programmable DC electronic load, high-precision digital power meter, multi-channel timing & ripple tester, oscilloscope, multimeter, data acquisition instrument, etc. The core software is the open power supply test platform T9010. The platform is built on the basis of VC++ language. It has high standards, strong system scalability, and WINDOWS system platform. It is easy to operate and maintain. Built-in standard power supply test items can meet the production testing of various switching power supplies. Template test reports are automatically generated, and the system's statistical functions facilitate users to conduct post-analysis of product test data. The T9010 standard test platform also has various data ports, making it easy to connect with the factory information management system of the production company.
