The chlorophyll content in plant leaves indicates the condition of the plant itself and is growing well. The leaves of plants will contain more chlorophyll. The chlorophyll content is closely related to the nitrogen content in the leaves. Therefore, the chlorophyll measurement value can also illustrate the plant’s true nitro demand. The chlorophyll meter can quickly and non-destructively detect the chlorophyll content of plants without affecting the growth of plants. It can measure all parameters at the same time in one operation and display the two parameters of chlorophyll and leaf temperature in real time. The Chinese interface has "system settings", "view data" and "energy saving". Settings", "Clock Settings", "Data" and other functions. Historical data can be viewed in sequence or by jump. The plant name can be input, and the standard nitrogen content and utilization rate can be used to calculate the standard fertilizer amount. Data saved in the host will not be lost after an unexpected power outage.
The operation steps of the chlorophyll meter are simple. Due to its small size, it can be used just by holding it in your hand:
1. First, clamp the measuring head of the instrument on both ends of the blade and press the measuring head.
2. During the calibration process of the instrument, the measuring head does not clamp the sample, the two LEDs emit light sequentially, the received light is converted into an electrical signal, and the ratio of the light intensity is used for calculation.
3. After the measuring head of the instrument clamps the sample, the two LEDs emit light again. The light transmitted through the blade hits the receiver and is converted into an electrical signal. The intensity ratio of the transmitted light is calculated.
4. The values in steps 1 and 2 are used to calculate the SPAD measurement value, and the chlorophyll content of the measured leaves can be analyzed.
