TH2684A Insulation Resistance Tester Brief Introduction:
TH2684 high-precision insulation resistance tester is an intelligent measuring instrument that can quickly measure the insulation performance of electronic components, dielectric materials, equipment, wires and cables, etc. It uses a large-size LCD and a user-friendly menu layout, allowing users to operate the instrument more conveniently.
The switchable input internal resistance technology and built-in dual voltage output are adopted, and the pre-charging and contact check functions are supported, so that the instrument can realize the fast general technical parameter test of the capacitor IR.
TH2684 can be programmed by the user for test steps, up to 18 steps. For example, the user can program charging, waiting, testing, discharging, etc., and each step can last up to 100s.
TH2684 is equipped with RS232, USB DEVICE, scanning port, Handler and other interfaces. The Handler interface provides convenience for the realization of automatic test system. The scanning port provides convenience for the testing of a large number of components. Users can also use a scanner to speed up the testing of components.
TH2684A Insulation Resistance Tester Features:
■ 320X240 large screen LCD display
■ High measurement accuracy: ±2% (< 1TΩ)
■ Ultra-low leakage current test: as low as 10pA, accuracy 2%, ±2pA
■ High-speed measurement: 50ms/time
■ 100W high power supply, powerful charging function
■ Contact check function for capacitive components
■ Use switchable input internal resistance technology to ensure fast and accurate testing of the instrument
■ 7 ranges, manual or automatic mode
■ 4-speed selection and comparison function
■ Programmable test mode to achieve customer-defined voltage and current curve test solutions
■ Two curve test interfaces: resistance (R)/time (T) or current (I)/time (T)
■ Screenshots can be quickly saved to a USB drive
■ Automatically upgrade system firmware via USB flash drive
■ Chinese and English optional operation interface
■ Handler interface is used to realize online operation
■ RS232C, USB Device to achieve remote control
■ Support scanning interface, providing convenience for users' mass testing
■ TH2684 has two voltage output functions. The pre-charge voltage output and the test voltage output are set separately. The pre-charge voltage output can be set to follow the test voltage change and can be fine-tuned on this basis. In addition, it can also be set to an independent voltage output mode.
