It took almost 10 days to port the latest version of openmv V4.3.0 to HPM6750. You can get started directly with the official HPM6750EVKMini from Xianji. Just install the latest openmvide.

Compile, burn and debug using Segger's IDE --> SEGGER Embedded Studio for RISC-V 6.30, which is convenient for debugging and burning. It is best to use this version. The latest ses is 6.34.

Instructions.
There are two versions in the ses project: one is the debug version, and the image acquisition and processing related buffers are all in 16-bit SDRAM. The other is the realease version, and the image acquisition and processing related buffers are all in SRAM. The debug version is optimized by default.

Micropython and Openmv overall transplantation OK
openmvIDE docking OK
LED module docking OK
time module docking OK

sensor module docking (supports OV2640 OV5640 OV7670 OV9650) OK
image module docking can basically run all Image algorithm examples OK

Dear OP, when I make an error message "omv/ports/hpm/omv_portconfig.mk: No such file or directory" appears. What should I do if there is no omv_portconfig.mk file in the openmv/src/omv/port/hpm directory?
