Maintenance:
1) Check the sensor power cable and transmission cable (or conductor) frequently for damage or aging, and maintain the rubber sheath on the cable.
2) Wipe the electrode surface with a soft cloth regularly (usually every six months) to remove dust or deposits.
3) Remove debris from the upstream straight channel section of the sensor.
Faults and their elimination:
1) Liquid does not flow but has output: 1. The signal transmission cable connection between the converter and the sensor is broken; 2. The signal cable to the electrode is broken; 3. The electrode surface is contaminated or the insulation layer is accumulated; 4. The grounding is poor or the circuit is broken.
Solution: 1. Connect the cable properly; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Wipe the electrode surface; 4. Connect the bottom line.
2) Liquid does not flow but has no output: 1. The two cores of the signal transmission cable between the converter and the sensor are connected in reverse; 2. The power supply is not connected or the contact is poor; 3. The sensor surface pipe, shell, and end face have leakage.
Solution: 1. Reverse the wire head; 2. Connect the power supply and keep the contact good; 3. Repair the sensor.
3) Unstable output: 1. Unstable flow field; 2. The liquid passing through the sensor contains gas or large solid blocks; 3. Electrical connection is not connected; 4. Poor grounding; 5. Electrode leakage.
Solution: 1. Modify the path or add a false sensor; 2. Normal phenomenon; 3. Check the wiring and connect the wires; 4. Connect the ground wire; 5. Repair the sensor.
4) Large error: 1. The zero point is too high; 2. Not completely filled with liquid; 3. The power supply distortion is too large; 4. Poor grounding.
Solution: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the path conditions so that the sensor is always filled with liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions to meet normal working conditions; 4. Connect the ground wire
