After the engineer got the instrument, he first smelled a burning smell and initially determined that the power board control part was damaged. He then disassembled the instrument and knew that he could not rashly power it on if he could clearly smell the burning smell, otherwise it would cause more serious damage to the instrument itself.
Remove the handle, protective cover, and two screws on the back cover.
After opening the casing, we found that the power supply was damaged and replaced the damaged components immediately.
Then the main power supply, control panel and display panel of the instrument were tested. The control panel was found to be damaged. The damaged components of the control panel were replaced immediately.
After replacing the device, perform a test. If there is no problem, perform an installation test.
The installation sequence is the opposite of the disassembly sequence. (Note that the two screws on the back cover can easily damage the back cover)
After installation, test it.
The computer boots up normally and is performing self-test.
Then we conduct a rough test of its index parameters. Use a calibration source to output a 10V DC, measure 9.9988, and then test the AC.
We used a calibration source to output a 100V 1KHZ voltage and found it was within the specification range according to the manual. We will then conduct a detailed test based on the specifications.
