The LCR digital bridge is a measuring instrument commonly used by electronic engineers and is widely used in incoming material inspection, PCB production, failure analysis, etc. Today, Antai Test will introduce some advanced measurement functions of the digital bridge to help you gain a deeper understanding of the functions of the LCR digital bridge, improve test efficiency, and save manpower and time costs.
1 Basic steps description
1) Connect the fixture: Discharge the device under test before connecting the fixture.
2) Connect the fixture to the object under test: Connect the fixture wires and the host panel ports according to the corresponding colors.
3) For directional devices, such as electrolytic capacitors, the H side of the test clip needs to be connected to the positive terminal of the device under test, and the L side needs to be connected to the negative terminal of the device. The test clip should be as close to the body of the device under test as possible. If the device under test has a casing, the casing needs to be grounded before measurement, which can effectively reduce the impact of noise.
4) Select measurement items: select primary and secondary measurement parameters. Determine series and parallel circuits, such as Lp-Q, Cs-D;
5) Set the measurement frequency: Usually the LCR meter selects a frequency range of 10Hz-20MHz according to the device specifications;
6) Set the measurement voltage: Usually the LCR meter is set to 10mV-2V level according to the device specifications;
7) Perform open/short circuit zeroing: The LCR meter must perform impedance zeroing before measurement.
8) Perform measurement: You can perform single or continuous triggering to measure the device under test.
9) After the measurement is completed, record the data.
2 Advanced measurement functions
1) List scan function: The list scan function can automatically scan the test frequency and level of up to 4 points.
2) Comparison function: The instrument comparator function can perform operations such as comparison, judgment, and BIN division of test results;
