NS-SourceMeter source meter control software developed by Antai Test System Integration is used to realize the automated testing of Keithley source meters. Through corresponding operations on the software, the source meter can be controlled to configure or measure, and the measured data and graphics can be saved at the same time. The system is currently compatible with Keithley source meter 2400 series and 2600 series single-channel source meters.
