The dust concentration meter is a device developed and produced for the detection of various dust concentrations in the current production workshop. It is mainly used for online measurement of dust concentration in the workshop working environment and warning when it exceeds the standard. It prevents the high dust concentration from harming the health of workers or causing accidents due to high dust concentration, endangering life safety.
Dust concentration meters are widely used in flour mills, cement plants, feed mills, polishing plants, furniture factories, wood factories, plastic factories and other work areas that are prone to generate dust.

Features of dust concentration meter
1. Stable and reliable communication, wide range power supply DC12-24V;
2. Complete protection capabilities against reverse connection, overvoltage, overcurrent and line-to-line protection;
3. Careful circuit hardware and software design, low failure rate and short stabilization time;
4. Original imported laser optical principle sensor and professional-grade signal processing chip to ensure the accuracy of sensor data;
5. The structure takes into account the aerodynamic principle, realizes automatic real-time sampling, and can be used for a long time;
6. Equipped with alarm to warn of exceeding the standard.
Dust concentration meter size installation
1. First fix the detector on the wall, then fix the alarm at a certain location
2. Connect the two devices and turn on the power.
3. Do not connect the transmitter to a voltage higher than 24VDC to avoid burning the sensor due to excessive voltage.
4. Install the transmitter at the location where detection is required, away from heating elements or steam sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
