Du Jiwei, Digital and Optical Market Manager of Keysight Technologies in Greater China, introduced Keysight's latest test platform for third-generation semiconductor components. The platform integrates oscilloscopes, signal generators, signal boards, SMUs and other instruments, and supports a series of tests such as switch effects, short-circuit tests, dynamic parameters, and static parameters. By providing customers with a complete turnkey solution, it is convenient for customers to purchase, debug, and maintain the entire cycle of operation and maintenance. In addition, Du Jiwei emphasized that the system supports future upgrades and can protect customers' effective investment.
Du Jiwei said that the current research and development process of the third-generation related system is still immature, especially the difference between simulation and actual parameters is large, and this inaccuracy will directly affect the performance of the terminal product.
