Sewage flowmeters are widely used in industries such as petroleum machinery, chemical plants, metallurgical plants, textile technology, food processing plants, pharmaceutical plants, paper mills, and environmental protection departments, municipal management departments, water conservancy stations, etc. Electromagnetic flowmeters are intelligent flowmeters developed by Jinhu Mingyu Automation Equipment using the highest level of technology at home and abroad. They are very different from old analog or non-intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters, especially in terms of measurement accuracy, reliability, stability, usage functions and service life.
The measurement principle of the sewage flow meter is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke housing. It is mainly used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes. Including highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
1. Product features:
The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity;
There are no flow-blocking parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and the straight pipe section requirements are relatively low;
The series nominal diameter is DN15.5~DN3003. There are many options for sensor lining and electrode materials;
The converter adopts a novel excitation method, with low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy. The flow range accuracy can reach 1503:1;
The converter can be integrated with the sensor or separated;
The converter adopts 16-bit high-performance microprocessor, 2x16LCD display, convenient parameter setting and reliable programming;
The flow meter is a bidirectional measurement system with three integrators: forward total, reverse total and difference total. It can display forward and reverse flow and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART protocol.
The converter adopts surface mount technology (SMT) and has self-test and self-diagnosis functions;
Measuring range confirmation
Generally, the flow rate of the measured medium of industrial sewage flow meter should be 2-4m/s. In special cases, the minimum flow rate should be no less than 0.2m/s and the maximum should be no more than 8m/s. If the medium contains solid particles, the common flow rate should be less than 3m/s to prevent excessive friction between the lining and the electrode; for viscous fluids, the flow rate can be selected to be greater than 2m/s. A larger flow rate helps to automatically eliminate the effect of viscous matter attached to the electrode, which is conducive to improving measurement accuracy.
Under the condition that the range Q is determined, the size of the flow meter diameter D can be determined according to the range of the above flow velocity V, and its value is calculated by the following formula:
Q=πD2V/4
Q: flow rate (㎡/h) D: pipe inner diameter V: flow velocity (m/h)
The range Q of the sewage flow meter should be greater than the expected maximum flow value, and the normal flow value should be slightly greater than 50 of the full scale of the flow meter.
