Structural features of magnetic flap level gauge:
The basic type of magnetic flap level gauge is based on the principle of buoyancy. The float moves up and down in the measuring tube as the liquid level rises and falls. The *magnetic steel in the float drives the red and white flaps to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flap turns from white to red, and when it drops, it turns from red to white, thereby realizing the indication of the liquid level.
The upper and lower limit switch output uses a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, causing the reed switch installed at the set position of the magnetic flap level gauge riser to actuate, achieving ON-OFF control or alarm.
The transmitter is installed on the magnetic flap level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: sensor and converter. It moves the magnetic float up and down, and the measuring parts in the conduit move in sequence through magnetic coupling, obtains the resistance signal change, and converts it into a standard current signal output of 0~10mA or 4~20mA, so as to connect with the digital display instrument or computer to realize remote display.
