It is suitable for medium level measurement of various containers; it has bright red and green display, high display brightness, long visible distance, clear scale and large display angle. It is a replacement product of the old level meter and is widely used in liquid level measurement and control of various towers, tanks and boiler equipment in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, shipbuilding and other industries.
The liquid level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the float in the main pipe of the liquid level gauge also rises or falls. The magnet in the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white turning column to rotate 180°. When the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary position of the indicator is the actual height of the medium level in the container, thereby realizing the indication of the liquid level.
Scope of application
The corrosion-resistant magnetic flap (column ball) level gauge adopts a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene PP technology, which has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be used for acidic and alkaline liquids such as hydrochloric acid and many organic solvents (especially active solvents). However, it is not suitable for the measurement of concentrated nitric acid, ammonia acid mixtures, chlorinated solvents, aliphatic, aromatic hydrogen and other medium liquids.
Suitable for level measurement of corrosive media. In addition to on-site indication, it can also be equipped with remote transmitters and alarms (control switches), with complete detection functions. The indication is novel, the readings are intuitive and eye-catching, and the direction of the indicator can be changed according to user needs. The measuring range is large and is not limited by the height of the storage tank. The indicating mechanism is completely isolated from the measured medium, so it has good sealing, high reliability and safe use. The structure is simple, easy to install and low maintenance cost.

1. To prevent the float from moving up and down and causing damage during long-distance transportation or transport, the calibration magnet provided with the level meter is used to absorb the magnetic float on the outside of the main pipe (with a color mark). Therefore, after receiving the product or installing it, please remove the calibration magnet so that the float can move up and down with the liquid level. If the color of the magnetic flip column is inconsistent before use, the calibration magnet can be used to absorb it and the meter can work normally.
2. After the level gauge is installed, it needs to be calibrated with a magnetic steel, and the magnetic column should be guided once so that the display below zero is red and the display above zero is white.
3. When the liquid level meter is put into long-distance operation, the upper liquid pipe valve should be opened first, and then the lower liquid pipe valve should be opened slowly to allow the liquid medium to enter the main pipe smoothly to prevent the liquid medium from rising rapidly with the float, causing the magnetic column to fail to flip or flip disorderly (if this happens, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel).

1. Solid impurities and magnetic impurities should not enter the cylinder of the level gauge to avoid blocking the float and reducing the buoyancy.
2. Depending on the medium conditions, the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove the impurities deposited in the pipe.
3. When cleaning the liquid or replacing the float, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, pay attention to the heavy end with the magnet facing upwards and do not install it upside down!
