The immersion level meter is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon or ceramic sensitive elements to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into a 4-20mADC standard current signal output.

Submersible liquid level gauges can be divided into integrated submersible liquid level gauges, split submersible liquid level gauges, and intelligent submersible liquid level gauges.

1. Good stability, the long-term stability of full scale and zero position can reach 0.2%FS/year. In the compensation temperature range of 0-70℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2%FS, and less than 0.5%FS in the entire allowable operating temperature range.

2. It has reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits. Reverse connection of positive and negative poles during installation will not damage the transmitter. In the event of an abnormality, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to less than 35mA.

3. Solid-state structure, no moving parts, high reliability and long service life.

4. Easy to install, simple structure, economical and durable.

1. Measuring range: 0-0.1m~0-35m;

2. Maximum overload: no more than 1.5 times the pipe length;

3. Measurement form: balanced hood type;

4. Accuracy level: 0.5%FS;

5. Power supply voltage: 24VDC;

6. Load resistance: ≤500Ω;

7. Measuring medium: various liquids;

8. Long-term stability: ±0.2%F?S/year;

9. Environmental relative humidity: 0~95%;

10. Compensation temperature: 0~70℃;

11. Working temperature: -40~240℃, the highest temperature can reach 350℃ (customized).

Submersible level transmitter is a common and widely used level meter, which is commonly used in water plants, urban water supply, sewage treatment plants, high-rise pools, mines, wells, industrial pools, water tanks, oil pools, hydrogeology, oceans, reservoirs, rivers and other occasions for level measurement. It is also very convenient to install and use. The simple installation method only requires fixing the meter head and directly putting the sensor at the measuring end into the water. There are two specific installation methods, one is in static water state, and the other is in flowing water state. The following is a detailed description of the installation method for the two situations:

When the immersion level meter is installed in a static deep well or pool, the probe of the immersion level transmitter is directly placed at the bottom of a steel pipe with an inner diameter of about φ45mm. Several small holes are punched at different heights of the steel pipe to allow water to flow smoothly into the pipe. The cable (junction box) can be fixed at the opening of the container with a nylon belt or a tripod adjustable mounting bracket.

a. When measuring the level of flowing or stirring liquid, a immersion level gauge is usually used to fix a steel pipe with an inner diameter of about φ45mm (with several small holes at different heights on the opposite side of the liquid flow to allow water to flow smoothly into the pipe) in water, and then put the immersion level gauge into the steel pipe for use.

b. The installation direction of the immersion level meter is vertical, and the installation position should be away from the liquid inlet and outlet and the agitator.

c. In situations where there is greater vibration, steel wire can be wrapped around the immersion water level gauge to reduce vibration and avoid breaking the cable.
