1. Read the instructions carefully before use. Don't be too simplistic and operate without following the instructions.
2. Connect and disconnect accurately during testing, and do not connect and disconnect at will: before connecting the probe to the test circuit, first connect the probe output to the oscilloscope; and before connecting the probe to the oscilloscope, do not connect the probe input and ground terminals to the test circuit;
3. Pay attention to all the final rated values and markings. Do not use the probe beyond the final rated values, otherwise it may cause electric shock or fire. These rated values and markings can be found in the product instructions.
4. Test when the oscilloscope or probe is secure and sealed. Do not test when they are not exposed such as covers or panels. In particular, do not touch exposed parts and components when the power is turned on.
5. Operate under safe conditions, and do not force operation when there is a suspected fault. In actual work, if you suspect that the oscilloscope probe is damaged, ask a qualified maintenance person to check it first, or contact a professional sales company;
6. Operate in a dry environment, not in a wet environment, to avoid leakage;
7. Operate in an environment without explosives, not in an explosive environment;
8. Always keep the oscilloscope probe surface clean and dry. Do not fail to maintain the probe for a long time, as this will easily reduce the probe's service life, thus affecting the use effect and even causing probe damage.
9. Before using the oscilloscope probe, calibrate it to ensure the test accuracy and avoid the problem of insufficient or excessive compensation of the probe. Do not use the probe casually without performing probe compensation.
10. Choose appropriate probes for different application situations and do not exceed the test range or performance of the probe.
