Measuring principle of residual chlorine analyzer
The electrolyte and the permeable membrane separate the electrolytic cell from the water sample. The permeable membrane can selectively allow ClO to penetrate. There is a fixed potential difference between the two electrodes, and the generated current intensity can be converted into residual chlorine concentration.
At the cathode: ClO + 2H+ 2e → Cl+ H2O
At the anode: Cl + Ag →AgCl + e
Since there is a fixed conversion relationship between HOCl, ClO and residual chlorine under certain temperature and pH conditions, residual chlorine can be measured in this way.

Built-in real-time clock: provides time base for various functions, etc. Industrial control watchdog: ensures that the instrument will not crash.
