Gas Detector Application in Chemical Plants

       Portable gas detectors are a guarantee of worker safety and are currently widely used in all walks of life. Any environment with combustible gas, toxic and harmful gas should be tested with a gas detector to ensure safety. It is especially important to detect the content of combustible gas or toxic gas and vapor in the air of chemical workplaces or equipment, and to achieve the effect of danger warning through sound and light alarms.

       Portable gas detectors are mainly used in chemical plants in the following situations: 　　

       Maintenance test: Detection of residual harmful gas or liquid after equipment maintenance and replacement, especially detection before starting a fire. 　　

       Emergency detection: When abnormal conditions occur at the production site or when dealing with accidents, harmful gases or liquids must be detected for safety and hygiene. 　　

       Leak detection: Detection and alarm of harmful gas or liquid leakage on site in equipment pipelines, and leak detection of equipment pipelines during operation.　　

       Patrol inspection: During safety and health inspections, harmful gas or liquid vapor must be detected. 　　

       Safety detection: When workers enter the hazardous substance isolation operation room, enter the sewer, cable trench or equipment to operate, they must detect harmful gas or liquid vapor.
