Abstract: ZLG has been deeply engaged in embedded systems for 20 years and has provided embedded solutions for many medical enterprise users, including medical ventilators, medical equipment disinfection cabinets, respiratory pumps and other common medical equipment. Medical ventilator

Medical equipment disinfection cabinet

 

Medical equipment disinfection cabinet refers to a tool that sterilizes, disinfects, keeps warm and dehumidifies medical equipment, surgical equipment, towels, clothing, tableware, medical facilities and other items through ultraviolet rays, far infrared rays, high temperature (high temperature disinfection through heating tubes), ozone and other methods. For example, it can sterilize, disinfect, keep warm and dehumidify medical equipment such as tongue depressors, oral mirrors, thermometers, stethoscopes and other medical equipment that are used very frequently, as shown below.

ZLG Embedded Solutions for Medical Testing and Protection Equipment


Abstract: Detection kit testing is currently the key means to diagnose suspected patients. This article introduces the solutions provided by ZLG in the key instruments during the development of the test kit.

 

The development of virus test kits is inseparable from the analysis of medical instruments such as gene amplification instruments (PCR) and fluorescence analyzers. After the successful development of the reagents, three samples of suspected patients' nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum, and alveolar lavage fluid need to be tested. The detection of the test kits also requires corresponding instrument support, including medical equipment such as specific protein analyzers and handheld fluorescence analyzers. Under the needs of a large range of testing groups, there will be a demand for miniaturization of such equipment. In the best case, handheld analysis is achieved to achieve point-of-care testing (PCOT).

Gene Amplifier

 

The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is actually a programmable, fast-changing, and precisely temperature-controlled temperature cycler, which is mainly used for gene separation, cloning, and nucleic acid sequence analysis. It plays a vital role in obtaining the full genome sequence of the new coronavirus due to its high sensitivity, simple operation, and time-saving characteristics.

 

 

The block diagram of the gene thermal cycler (PCR) system is roughly as follows, which mainly includes the display communication control board, the control system main control board and the power supply. It can detect the concentration of specific proteins in samples including plasma or serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.
