New EasyPACK™ 4B packaged first module unlocks higher power levels for photovoltaic inverters
Infineon's Easy packaging series has developed rapidly in the past few years. Following the successful creation of EASY 3B, Infineon has developed the EasyPACK™ 4B package, further improving the performance and power level of the EASY package. EasyPACK™ 4B launches the first power module F3L600R10W4S7F_H11, which is targeted at photovoltaic string inverters and has a power of up to 352kW. The output power is about 40% higher than the previous generation.
