Ziguang Guoxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the evening of August 23rd, stating that the board of directors of Ziguang Guoxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. received a written resignation report submitted by the company's director Mr. Diao Shijing on August 20, 2021. Due to his personal work changes, he applied to resign from the company's seventh board of directors and member of the remuneration and assessment committee. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Diao Shijing no longer holds any position in the company.

Ziguang Guowei stated that since Mr. Diao Shijing's resignation will not cause the number of members of the company's board of directors to fall below the statutory minimum number, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and "Company Articles of Association", Mr. Diao Shijing's resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors.
