Joerg Koepp is a Business Development Manager at Rohde & Schwarz responsible for driving test and measurement in the wireless connectivity market, focusing on technologies such as UWB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Joerg has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and is a well-known lecturer at Rohde & Schwarz. He hosts webinars and video series: Let's talk IoT. Before joining Rohde & Schwarz, he worked as a system architect, project leader, director of system engineering and technical manager at Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks. He also had the honor of conducting the first Wi-Fi field trial in Germany 20 years ago.

Nikola Serdar is a product manager at R&S, responsible for wireless communication testers providing non-signaling wireless (OTA) test solutions and the application of shielded chambers in 5G millimeter wave and ultra-wideband (UWB). Prior to his current position, Niko worked in various positions in product management and R&D, focusing on battery life testing, mobile service testing, audio testing and 3GPP conformance testing with wireless communication testers.

In 2002, he entered the mobile phone testing industry and worked on the development of mobile phone RF test software and technical support for mobile phone RF test instruments. In 2011, he joined Rohde & Schwarz as an application engineer. Currently, he is mainly responsible for the technical support of wireless communication testers CMW series and CMP series products in cellular and non-cellular communication technology test applications.
