RTM3000 Oscilloscope

Currently, oscilloscopes with resolutions greater than 8 bits can cost tens of thousands of dollars. The RTM3000 oscilloscope offers all the benefits of high resolution (clearer waveforms, more accurate measurements, and the ability to see small signal details within a larger waveform) at a more reasonable price.

Another unique feature of this instrument class is the deep memory that comes standard. With up to 80 Msample memory depth, the capture time is eight times longer than other oscilloscopes in its class when using the maximum sampling rate. In addition, with the optional 400 Msample history memory mode, the capture time is 40 times longer than other oscilloscopes in its class.

The unique trinity makes the FPC1500 stand out from similar instruments. It flexibly integrates a spectrum analyzer, a one-port vector network analyzer and a signal generator.

NGP800 Power Supply Series

To control inrush current, some test setups require that the supply voltage ramp up continuously rather than jumping quickly. Use the EasyRamp feature to increase the output voltage continuously over a time range of 10 ms to 60 s.

Simulate normal behavior of power subsystems early in the design process and simulate power supply issues during DUT design verification. With the QuickArb feature, you can generate time-varying voltage and current sequences of output variations with dwell times as low as 1 ms. Up to eight subgroup files can be loaded into a sequence to create complex arbitrary waveforms.

The turn-on of each channel can be delayed individually to meet the requirements of advanced microcontrollers that use multiple supply voltages and require a specific power-up sequence.

When analyzing power supply behavior or optimizing power consumption, logging data is key for long-term monitoring, checking test setups, and repeating test conditions. The NGP800 power supply can simultaneously log voltage and current measurements over time for all outputs. You can easily export the time-stamped data as a .CSV file for reports and documentation.
