Tektronix THz radar signal test solution consists of arbitrary waveform generator and high-performance real-time oscilloscope. The baseband signal generation is composed of AWG70000A. The new generation AWG70000A series has higher DAC rate, higher bandwidth, higher storage length, and better RF indicator SFDR. The indicators are as follows:
