Book an appointment to attend the Bluetooth Trend Applications Webinar to explore Silicon Labs' leading channel detection technology

Silicon Labs has been invited to be the keynote speaker at the Bluetooth Trend Application Seminar (online) to be held by the Bluetooth SIG on November 20 , providing the latest information and trends on Bluetooth technology to alliance members and technical developers. In September 2024, the Bluetooth SIG launched a new channel sounding technology , which brings safer and more accurate ranging functions and a real distance perception experience to Bluetooth devices. Silicon Labs then launched the xG24 wireless SoC platform solution that fully supports Bluetooth 6.0 and channel sounding standards , and provided developers with a series of design documents and application case sharing.

In this Bluetooth Trend Application Seminar, Yaojun Zhou, Chief Field Application Engineer of Silicon Labs, will give a speech titled " Using Bluetooth Channel Detection Technology to Achieve Accurate Distance Measurement " , explaining how to quickly implement various IoT devices that support Bluetooth channel detection technology through the xG24 platform. The new xG24 radio board and professional kit are now available for order, providing a fast and efficient way to create and prototype products that use Bluetooth channel detection for accurate distance estimation. The radio board package includes a BRD4198A EFR32xG24 2.4 GHz +10dBm radio board, a sleeve dipole antenna, and reference designs. In addition, the new xG24 development kit will be fully available in December 2024. It features a dual-antenna PCB design and a channel detection visualization tool that allows customers to easily view distance measurement results in real time, thereby simplifying the implementation of Bluetooth channel detection in their products and applications.
