The latest sensor development daughter board of the Nucleo series, X-Nucleo-IKS01A2

Among them, the MEMS and environmental sensor expansion board X-NUCLEO-IKS01A1 can realize data collection and high-precision fusion of multiple sensors, which is suitable for innovative applications in mobile phones, wearable devices and various IOTs.

In order to facilitate developers to evaluate new sensors in the first place, or to create new project prototypes, ST has launched the second-generation sensor expansion board X-Nucleo-IKS01A2 .

X-Nucleo-IKS01A2 is completely consistent with X-Nucleo-IKS01A1 in terms of interfaces, and uses Arduino UNO R3 interface to connect to other Nucleo boards. X-Nucleo-IKS01A2 uses a new three-axis accelerometer plus three-axis gyroscope ( A+G ), three-axis accelerometer plus three-axis magnetometer ( A+M ) and MEMS barometer. All sensors are connected to the main control board through the same I2C interface. The DIL24 socket is retained to facilitate the evaluation of other types of sensors.

In terms of software, the X-CUBE-MEMS1 expansion package includes all sensor drivers, a complete middle layer, and is suitable for a variety of Nucleo main control boards (NUCLEO-F401RE/NUCLEO-L053R8/NUCLEO-L152RE/NUCLEO-L476RG)
