The FH34SRJ series is a single-sided guide rail, top and bottom contact flip-top FPC/FFC connector.

Hirose Electric was the first manufacturer in the industry to develop the 'flip lock method' of FPC connectors, which has become the industry standard today. Since then, we have continued to provide a variety of FPC / FFC connectors to the consumer market, contributing to the miniaturization of various devices.

◆ Product size, FPC thickness

L (length): 0.5 (N-1) + 2.5 * N: number of poles

◆ Unique back-flip rotary actuator

Flip-back type is used to lock the inserted FPC/FFC. The actuator is located on the opposite side of the FPC insertion direction.

Therefore, even in the case of wiring where the FPC is wired upward, the actuator opens due to tension. Defects are less likely to occur and the degree of freedom in design is expanded.


◆ High FPC retention rate (tensile strength)

The unique terminal structure achieves high FPC retention force, which is about 2.6 times that of conventional products and about 2.0 times that of conventional products in the horizontal direction. This structure prevents accidental FPC loss due to FPC routing.


◆ Smooth FPC insertion

In the front flip type, the actuator is located on the FPC insertion side, and the insertion part is wide open. In contrast, the rear flip type generally has the disadvantage of being difficult to insert the FPC. The FH34SRJ series improves insertion by providing tapers on the four sides of the slot, and enables smooth FPC insertion.

◆ "Up and down contact" structure improves design freedom

Both upper and lower terminals can be connected, and designers can use the "upper and lower contact structure" to pull in the direction. No need to select and separate connectors. Convenient to use.



◆ Rich number of poles

Up to 22 poles are available for various connection applications.

Small: 4~18 pins, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18

Medium: 20~34 pins, 20, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34

Large: 40~50 pins, 40, 45, 50

Supports eDP (ver1.3) / MIPI (D-PHY) standards.
