1. Activity Overview
1.1 This activity: In this activity, only account holders who meet the conditions of the activity can place orders to purchase products through the official website of rsonline.cn (the "Website") to obtain the discounts or rewards given by this activity.
1.2 Event organizer: This event is launched by Oushi Electronic Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Website" in the terms). OOSI may invite one or more third parties to participate in the marketing or operation of this event. 2.2 The following account holders are not allowed to participate in this activity:

2.3 Legal or contractual restrictions: Before participating in this activity, customers should ensure that their company's rules and policies allow them to participate in such activities and receive discounts or rewards under the activities. 3. Spending and goals to qualify for the event
3.1 Customers must place orders and complete payment and smooth delivery during the event period, and the consumption amount reaches the event requirements to be eligible for discounts or rewards stipulated in the event. The consumption amount is determined based on the tax-exclusive amount of a single order, minus the amount of products that do not participate in this event and any return refunds (if any).
3.2 Customers participating in the event must enter the event promotion code into the "Add Promotional Code" column. If the customer enters the wrong promotion code or fails to enter the promotional code, OOSH will have the right to cancel the redemption qualification. If the customer is unable to obtain the discount or reward specified in this event, OOSH will not bear any responsibility. Promotional codes cannot be modified, deleted, changed or revoked once submitted.
3.3 Customers who choose to pay with Alipay need to pay the full amount first. After confirmation, Oushi will arrange the discounts or rewards specified in the event as soon as possible for customers who meet the requirements (you can consult customer service 4008218857 for details).
3.4 Customers who choose to pay by bank transfer are recommended to contact our sales or customer service to arrange an order.
3.5 All Raspberry Pi products and their combinations are not eligible for discounts or rewards under this activity.
3.6 Orders participating in this promotion cannot be enjoyed together with any other promotions, special offers, or discounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6. General Terms

6.2 If any discounts or rewards granted under this activity are redeemed by a third party designated by OOSH, the redemption or use rules of such third party will also apply to such discounts or rewards.
6.3 Activity transfer: At any time, Oshi has the right to transfer its rights and obligations in this activity to any related or unrelated entity. After the transfer, the activity will be the responsibility of the transferee.
6.4 Change Notice: Oshi reserves the right to modify the terms of this event at any time. If OOSH makes any modifications to the terms of this activity, OOSH will publish the latest version of these terms on its website. Unless otherwise stated, any changes to these terms will be effective upon posting. Without limiting the generality of these terms, the above changes may include: terminating registration for this event before the end of the event period, or changing the deadline for the event period described in clause 1.3.
6.5 Violation of the terms of this activity: When any suspected fraud, improper behavior or violation of the terms of this activity occurs, OOSH reserves the right to take action as it deems appropriate, including: with or without notice. If so, please request the appropriate government agencies for instructions, confiscate discounts or rewards, suspend or cancel any account holder’s activity participation qualifications.
6.6 Interpretation: Within the scope permitted by Chinese law, the right to interpret the terms of this activity belongs to Eurostar.
6.7 Applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes: This activity or related disputes or claims arising from this activity shall be governed by Chinese law and interpreted in accordance with its provisions.
