Phison launches the world's first PCIe 5.0 DRAM-Less Client SSD control chip E31T at CES Electronics Show

Phison CES Electronics Show produces a new generation of PCIe 5.0/4.0 SSD storage solutions

Phison General Manager Ma Zhongxun said that PS5031-E31T is the world’s first PCIe 5.0 DRAM-Less 4CH client SSD control chip equipped with 7nm. Under the current 3600MT / s NAND generation , the E31T SSD performance can reach 10.8GB/s . The maximum capacity will reach 8TB ; and after the release of the new generation NAND with 4800MT/s in the future, the top speed of E31T SSD will be increased to 14GB/s , pushing the performance of PCIe 5.0 DRAM-Less SSD to a new level.

In addition to the PCIe 5.0 DRAM-Less SSD control chip E31T , Phison also exhibited at this year’s CES :
