Micron Technology accelerates development of EUV-based DRAM
Micron recently debuted a 176-layer product in the NAND flash memory space. Like other top DRAM manufacturers, the company is producing 10nm third-generation (1z) products. The chipmaker is expected to launch fourth-generation (1a) DRAM in the first half of 2021.
