1. TSMC's market value plummeted by 230 billion

According to China Fund News, in terms of chip stocks, TSMC's financial report impacted the expectations of super-high prosperity of chip stocks, and many chip stocks followed the decline. Intel fell 1.26%, Qualcomm fell 1.59%, Micron Technology fell 2%, and AMD fell 2.38% .

13. Intel plans to acquire chip company GlobalFoundries for $30 billion

The deal, worth about $30 billion, could help Intel advance its chip foundry business. 14. SK Hynix's Q2 sales are expected to reach US$8.6 billion
