This course explains the electronic competition project: automatic paper counting and display device. The course shows how to design and implement a device that can automatically count and display the number of papers. The course content covers the entire process from principle analysis to final physical debugging and data processing.
The course is divided into six main sections
Project principle and circuit scheme:
The working principle of the paper counting device is introduced, different circuit design schemes are discussed, including capacitance detection, constant voltage charging and constant current charging circuits, and scheme analysis and simulation verification are carried out.
Schematic design:
The schematic design of the paper counting device is explained in detail, including the capacitance detection signal modulation circuit, motor drive circuit and current detection circuit.
PCB Layout:
Explains the introduction, inspection and layout of 4-layer PCB project design, and how to use Altium Designer software for interactive layout design.
PCB routing:
Introduces layout optimization, stacking and rule settings, fan holes and signal line processing, power supply processing, DRC inspection and copper laying processing, as well as the addition of stitching holes and the placement of Marks. Output of Gerber files and coordinate files is also included.
Welding and debugging:
Discusses the precautions during the welding process and the physical debugging of the main functions, including calculation derivation, test operation steps and demonstrations.
Data processing and noise processing:
The last part of the course focuses on data processing algorithms and noise processing methods, as well as considerations and procedures for project submission.
The entire course not only provides theoretical knowledge, but also enables students to master the entire process from design to implementation through practical demonstrations, laying a solid foundation for participating in electronic design competitions.
