Position 1: Customer Service Specialist

• One to two years of experience in sales support/customer service, experience in the electronic components industry preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, motivated and self-disciplined.

Position 2: Sales Representative

Job Overview: Sales Representatives are the main contact point for domestic RMB customers. Their responsibilities include providing quality services that exceed customer needs, using systems and tools, communicating and collaborating with other departments, resolving pre-sales and after-sales issues, and completing assigned tasks effectively and promptly.

Work Location: Shanghai

• Respond to telephone inquiries, online chats, emails or other forms of communication requests.
• Handle pre-sales requests from customers.
• Process orders and related data maintenance in the system.
• Handle after-sales related matters.
• Provide timely feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Can operate computer skillfully.
