With the development of market economy and modern industry, energy shortage and environmental pollution have become two important factors restricting the healthy development of human society. The development and utilization of new energy sources have received more and more attention. Solar energy has been gradually developed and utilized for its advantages of cleanliness, environmental protection and rich reserves. Photovoltaic inverter power supply, as the main energy conversion device in the utilization of solar energy, is an important link in current research and development. This paper takes the actual project as the background and analyzes in detail the development process of 30kVA three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter power supply. The main work of the paper is as follows: First, the significance of photovoltaic power generation and the development status and prospects of my country\'s photovoltaic industry are outlined; the source of this topic and its main research content are introduced; the mathematical model of the three-phase inverter is analyzed; various anti-three-phase unbalanced topological structures of the three-phase inverter are summarized, and the three-phase four-bridge arm is selected as the main circuit structure of the inverter power supply; various anti-three-phase unbalanced control strategies of the four-bridge arm are compared, and the principle of the two-dimensional space vector method is specifically analyzed. Considering the limitations of actual software and hardware conditions, a further simplified application plan for this method is proposed. Then, according to the project indicators, the main circuit of the 30kVA three-phase photovoltaic inverter prototype was developed; the filter mode of LC structure for independent operation and LCL structure for grid-connected operation was adopted, and the steps of filter parameter design were summarized, and the relevant parameters of the filter were given; the main control board with TMS320F2812 chip as the core, as well as LCD display, protection, sampling, phase-locked control circuits and other control circuits were independently designed and developed, and the matters that need to be paid attention to in the design of printed circuit boards were summarized. Subsequently, the DSP programming environment was introduced: the display keyboard program, the seven-segment voltage space vector PWM program and the related main program and interrupt program were analyzed in detail and a flow chart was given; programming precautions were summarized; the entire process of photovoltaic inverter grid-connected operation was conceived; the application method of phase-locked loop and capture unit was specifically explained; the generation and prevention of island effect were outlined. Finally, the MATLAB simulation test for independent operation was designed, and the maximum error control method was used in the closed loop to achieve good simulation results. On this basis, the 30kVA three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter prototype was installed, the independent operation debugging was successfully completed, and the experimental waveform was given.
