The \"efficacy-effect\" correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine is the most basic and important issue in the research of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is of great significance for the judgment of drug efficacy. This paper aims to use data mining technology to automatically mine the \"efficacy-effect\" similarity relationship from traditional Chinese medicine prescription data, automatically summarize the similarity between different drug effects, and propose an \"efficacy-effect\" similarity relationship mining algorithm based on the SimRank method. A large number of verifications of the algorithm output results by traditional Chinese medicine experts show that the algorithm has a high accuracy rate, of which \"excellent\" and \"reasonable\" account for 70.568% in total.
