Abstract: The ball-and-bar experimental devices used in experimental teaching of control theory courses in colleges and universities are expensive and the number of sets is generally small, resulting in very limited experimental time allocated to each student. Therefore, a solution to virtual simulation experiments is proposed. The specific method is to use Matlab to establish a ball-and-bar system control simulation model, and use OpenGL to establish a three-dimensional geometric simulation model of the ball-and-bar system, so as to realize a realistic virtual ball-and-bar experimental system. The system is not restricted by time and place. Students can use the basic control theory they have mastered to conduct comparative tests with real experiments. The combination of virtual and real has a very good effect. [Author\'s Abstract]
