Abstract: We selected the currently popular and powerful boot program U-Boot and the μClinux operating system specially used for MMU-free microprocessors, and studied the transplantation methods of U-Boot and μClinux in depth. Taking the UP-NETARM3000 development board as an example, we analyzed its special function register settings and transplantation process in detail, and created an ARM-μClinux development platform based on S3C44B0X. In the development and debugging stage of embedded systems, making full use of the U-Boot network boot method greatly improves the development efficiency and provides convenience for the development of various device drivers based on μClinux. U-Boot and μClinux transplanted by the method in this article have been running stably on the UP-NETARM3000 development board, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of embedded products.
