The School of Electrical and Automation Engineering offers DSP principles and applications courses and DSP technology and its application comprehensive experiments for undergraduates and postgraduates. According to the characteristics of the majors set up by our school, we choose TI\'s C2000 series DSP chips as the main learning content. The course is very practical, that is, experiments are the main content of the course. We have developed a set of experimental platforms for the working principles, architecture, instruction system and applications of TI\'s C2000 series DSP chips - TMS320LF2407A experimental box. The experimental box is rich in content, easy to expand, and can do comprehensive improvement experiments. In order to facilitate experimental teaching, we have written an experimental guide for the experimental box. The experimental guide is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an overview, which briefly introduces the characteristics of the TMS320LF2407A chip, the development process of DSP application software, and how to write source programs and cmd files. The second chapter introduces the DSP integrated development environment - CCS, that is, the installation, configuration and use of CCS. The third chapter introduces the DSP parallel port emulator. The fourth chapter introduces the experimental platform we developed - TMS320LF2407A experimental box. Chapter 5 introduces 20 experiments conducted on the TMS320LF2407A experimental box platform. In the construction of the DSP laboratory of the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering, we received donations from the University Program of TI, USA; we received funding from the Experimental Equipment Renovation and Development Fund of Hefei University of Technology and the Undergraduate Evaluation and Construction Laboratory Construction Project; the school leaders paid great attention and support, and the teachers of the school\'s experimental center also did a lot of work. I would like to express my gratitude here. This experimental guide is the third edition. The first edition was written by Li Qiaoli, Wu Ting and Xu Kejun for the TMS320LF2407A EVM board and reviewed by Xu Kejun. During the experiment, Zhang Han, Chen Zhiyuan, Yu Xiangyang, Zhou Yang, Mei Nannan and Zeng Xianjun put forward revision suggestions. The second edition is based on the first edition and is written by Chen Zhiyuan and Zhang Han for the experimental box developed by Zhang Han and Chen Zhiyuan (funded by the experimental fund of Hefei University of Technology), and reviewed by Xu Kejun. The third edition is based on the second edition and is aimed at the experimental box developed by Chen Zhiyuan, Zhang Han and Zhou Yang (funded by the undergraduate evaluation and construction project of Hefei University of Technology). The first draft was completed by Chen Zhiyuan, revised by Huang Yunzhi, Zhang Han, Zhou Yang and Zeng Xianjun, and reviewed by Xu Kejun. In the process of compiling the experimental guide, some company materials and expert books were referenced. Due to the limited level of the editor, there are definitely inappropriate parts in the book, and we welcome criticism and correction.
