In order to study how to improve the anti-theft function of single-phase electronic energy meters, this paper analyzes the existing methods of electricity theft, starting from improving the airtightness of the energy meter and the anti-pry and anti-counterfeiting performance of the lead seal, and conducting special research and development, design and improvement on the structure design and manufacturing process of the energy meter, and optimizing the anti-theft components such as the working module and meter of the energy meter. It makes it impossible for criminals to steal electricity through the energy meter, greatly increases the difficulty of stealing electricity, increases the cost of stealing electricity, and significantly improves the anti-theft performance of the energy meter. This paper analyzes the operation of the trial table of the single-phase anti-theft energy meter and the benefits it generates. The results show that the single-phase anti-theft energy meter has good effectiveness and advancement in reducing line losses and preventing residents in concentrated communities from stealing electricity. Although a lot of manpower and material resources are invested in patrol and anti-theft activities, due to the large number of meters in operation, especially for the anti-theft work of single-phase meters on the residential side, actual supervision and control are difficult. Therefore, it is the focus of the current user line loss management work to invest in anti-theft technical measures, carry out the development and research of anti-theft meters, and do a good job of \"combining prevention and control\".
