PIC15C5X Basic 8-bit MCU [Copy link]

Typical chips
(1) PIC16C52 microcontroller
This is an 18-pin microcontroller chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip except for the following points.
 348X12-bit EPROM program memory.
 No watchdog timer WDT.
Fuse oscillator configuration options: RC, XT.
Clock frequency can be from DC to 4MHz.
 All instructions are single-cycle 1000ns.
Two different temperature ranges: 0℃~70℃ and -40℃~+85℃.
There are two types of packages: 18-pin PDIP and SOIC.
(2) PIC16C54 microcontroller
This is an 18-pin chip with the following resource features:
 12X12-bit EPROM program memory.
 25 bytes of general-purpose RAM.
 12 bidirectional I/O lines.
 RMR0 timer/counter.
 Watchdog timer WDT
. The fuse oscillator configuration based on the EPROM device is optional: RC, XT, LP, HS.
The clock frequency can be from DC to 20MHz.
The operating voltage can be from 2.5V to 6.25V.
 There is a sleep mode.
There are three different operating ranges: 0℃~70℃, -40℃~+85℃ and -40℃~+125℃
. There are package forms: 18-pin PDIP, CERDIP, SOIC and 20-pin SSOP packages.
(3) PIC16C54A microcontroller
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip. The only difference is that its operating voltage range is larger (2.0V~6.25V) and the operating current is smaller.
(4) PIC16CR54 microcontroller
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip. The only difference is that its EPROM program storage space uses mask ROM.
(5) PIC16CR54A MCU
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip except that it has a lower operating current.
(6) PIC16C55 MCU
This is a 28-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip except that it has an additional 8-bit I/O interface and 24 bytes of general-purpose RAM.
(7) PIC16C56 MCU
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C54 chip except that it has a larger EPROM program memory, with a total of 1024 x 12 bits.
(8) PIC16C57 MCU
This is a 28-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C55 chip except that it has a larger on-chip memory, with 2048 x 12 bits of EPROM program memory and 72 bytes of general-purpose RAM.
(9) PIC16CR57A MCU
This is a 28-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C57 chip except that its EPROM program storage space uses a mask ROM and its operating current is lower.
(10) PIC16C58A MCU
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C57 chip except that it has one less 8-bit I/O port and 73 bytes of general-purpose RAM, and its operating voltage range is wider and its operating current is lower.
(11) PIC16CR58A MCU
This is an 18-pin chip. It is the same as the PIC16C58A chip except that its EPROM program storage space uses a mask ROM.
