The 120t converter of Jigang adopts the top-bottom combined blowing technology. In order to improve its automation control level, the control system adopts a three-level network structure. L1 is the basic automation level. Its control system adopts the Quantum series PLC, and the monitoring station adopts the C/S (Client/Server) structure; L2 is the process control level, which runs the steelmaking control model and sends various automatic steelmaking instructions through the analysis and calculation of the basic automation process data of steelmaking. The top blowing oxygen flow rate adopts two-level automation control without manual interference; the flow control of each branch of the bottom blowing adopts the bottom blowing control model, which is automatically controlled from the beginning of blowing to the end of steelmaking. The application results show that the system runs stably and reliably, and meets the automation control requirements of the top-bottom combined blowing process well.
