In order to improve the adaptability and automation level of electricity and heat load of our company\'s reconstruction project of 2×90MW ultra-high temperature and high pressure double extraction heating steam turbine generator set supplied by Russia, reduce manpower and increase efficiency, compete for grid connection, and ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of the unit, according to the instructions of Jilin Electric Power Company on optimizing the DCS system of our company\'s No. 2 unit, from February to October 2001, based on the two-function DCS system configuration determined by the original command diagram review, our company used the period of improvement and overhaul of the No. 1 unit and the public system that had been put into operation, and the period of construction of the No. 2 unit to implement DCS optimization and transformation of the No. 1 and No. 2 units simultaneously. The expanded DCS system covers the machine, furnace, electricity of the two units, including the public system and electrical network control, so that on the basis of the original DCS system configuration, a domestic DCS system - Shanghai Xinhua XDPS-400 was used to realize the integrated full microcomputer monitoring of DAS, MCS, SCS, ECS and steam turbine electric regulation of the two Russian-supplied 90MW heating units in the same control room. It also creates conditions for the realization of integrated management and control and AGC control of the whole plant in the future. The use of the same domestic DCS system to realize the five-function integrated full microcomputer monitoring of two Russian-supplied 90MW double-extraction heating units (including electrical network control) in one control room is the first case in the same type of thermal power plants in my country.
