Chapters 2 to 11 respectively discuss resistive, inductive, capacitive, piezoelectric, photoelectric, optical fiber, thermoelectric, semiconductor, wave, radiation and intelligent sensors, mainly explaining the principles, characteristics, measurement circuits and applications of various types of sensors. Chapter 12 discusses the compensation and anti-interference technology of sensors.
